oil and cold wax on canvas copyright by GregorioThe inspiration for this painting came from a dark place although the intention is good.It is actually a painful subject that I would much rather keep private.Even so I would like to hear your comments and thoughts on this piece.I hope you can see it fairly well,being that it is all black I posted a detail(bottom photo)of the painting.Photographing this one really created a challenge for me so if it is not a great view,I apologize.If you have any questions about this piece please ask in the comments and I will try to post answers asap.
